- What a month covers: A month’s credits cover any one of them, not all of them, rounded down. Measured on KatoGen’s own kits: an event is about 370 credits, a busy stylist’s month about 640 and a release about 420. Your settings change the cost.
- Models: A run costs the same on every plan. “From” is a model’s lowest price per run, at its shortest, smallest settings; longer, larger or higher-quality runs cost more, and the Generate button shows the exact price first.
- Studios: Studios charge credits only for the AI generations they make.

Questions
What are credits?
Credits are how you pay for a generation. Images, video and audio all draw on one balance, and the Generate button shows a run’s price in credits before you start. Longer, larger or higher-quality settings cost more.
Does a run cost more or less on some plans?
No. A run costs the same number of credits on every plan. Bigger plans give you more credits each month, more runs at once and more top-up credits for each dollar.
What happens if a generation fails?
You get its credits back automatically. That goes for a run that fails, one the content filter blocks and one you cancel. There’s nothing to claim.
How do plan credits and top-up credits differ?
Plan credits come with a subscription. Each paid month sets them to your plan’s monthly amount, so unused plan credits don’t carry over. Annual plans get their credits every month too.
Top-up credits are one-time purchases and never expire. Runs spend plan credits first, then top-up credits.
How do I change or cancel my plan?
Go to Billing in your account and choose Manage billing. Stripe’s secure portal lets you switch plans, cancel, update your card and download invoices.
What happens to my credits if I cancel?
Your plan and its credits stay until the end of the period you’ve paid for. When the plan ends, its remaining plan credits end with it. Your top-up credits stay on your account.
